You may email us at playscope@playright.org.hk or call us (2650 2607). Please retrieve the lost items within two weeks after confirming that the lost items are in PlayScope. Otherwise, the lost items will be donated or thrown away. How sad! Please also note that lost items that are prone to spoilage or have hygiene concerns will not be stored and will be disposed of on the same day. Where practicable, it is the visitor's responsibility to pay any costs associated with returning lost property (including but not limited to postage, etc.).

We treasure your every visit very much so reservations cannot be rescheduled for personal reasons (except for illness: rescheduling is allowed with a valid doctor’s certificate). A refund will not be given as well. However, if we are closed due to weather conditions, special arrangements, and government regulations, feel free to reschedule anytime. We are looking forward to your arrival!

Regulations of Big Play Session Booking and  Rescheduling

By confirming the booking of a Big Play Session, you are agreeing to the following regulations. Please read the regulations carefully:

  1. Once the booking is confirmed, unless the closing of PlayScope is due to bad weather, arrangement by PlayScope, and the prohibition of group gathering regulation by the government, all personal reasons for being absent from Big Play Session and wrong appointment made of either the timeslot or the number of people, will not be considered as valid reasons to claim for getting a refund. The appointment cannot be changed, canceled, or transferred to others (rescheduling is only allowed if a medical certificate is presented for the case of children’s sickness) )
  2. To allow more children to have an opportunity to play and to secure enough playing space, every child can be accompanied by at most two adults. If you have already booked one child with two adults, please do not make an extra ghost appointment for a child only to get one or two more quotas for adults. Extra adults can enter PlayScope and accompany the child by swapping.
  3. All appointments will be cancelled and rearranged for free if PlayScope is closed immediately or out of service for a short period due to emergency situations or other reasons, but there will be no refund.
  4. Please first confirm that you do not have any symptoms of fever or respiratory infection, or are not under compulsory quarantine before making an appointment. You will not be allowed to enter if you have any of the situations mentioned. Participants can only reschedule but not be refunded.

  5. PlayScope reserves the right to amend the above regulations and adjust Big Play Sessions.

*Family with the following conditions may reschedule their Big Play Session(s) for free:

  • If the participant is absent because of sickness, a phone call or an email should be made or sent to us on the day, then another email should be sent to us with a medical certificate of the appointment date or a day before or after the appointment attached within a week for confirmation.
  • Temporary cancellation of Big Play Session due to bad weather (Black Rainstorm Warning Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above) or emergency situations. 
  • Cancellation of Big Play Session due to insufficient participants
  • Closing of PlayScope for a long period of time due to special situations (including but not limited to pandemics and construction)  
  • If there are other conditions apart from the above mentioned, PlayScope reserve the right of a final decision.

2. If the Big Play Session is suspended, PlayScope will be closed for half a day, and there will be neither reception consultation.
3. If the event is cancelled due to heavy rain or storm warning, participants can reschedule their sessions.
4.If and when the weather has resumed to normal, participants and parents can still come to PlayScope after considering factors like weather, roads, and traffic. Please kindly note that under this circumstance, there will be no rescheduling or refund arrangements for the Big Play Session.

Disease prevention measures
  1. All visitors are required to undergo temperature screening and wear face masks. Anyone and family members who are undergoing compulsory quarantine are not allowed to enter PlayScope.
  2. Visitors who have a fever and continuous upper respiratory tract infection symptoms will not be allowed to enter PlayScope and are recommended to seek medical advice as soon as possible. After participants have informed the PlayScope staff and have shown valid doctor certificates, they can reschedule the Big Play Session for free.
  3. All visitors are required to rub both hands with alcohol hand sanitizer. Alcohol hand sanitizer will be provided for parents and children anytime in PlayScope.
  4. All visitors are required to wear a mask within the area of the PlayScope. If participants fail to cooperate after urging, PlayScope staff has the right to ask them to leave to ensure the safety of our staff and other participants. Since infants and toddlers who are aged 2 or below may feel uncomfortable and difficult to breathe when wearing a mask, PlayScope will exclusively allow infants and toddlers to wear full-cover transparent disease prevention face shields.
  5. Food and drinks are not allowed in PlayScope (except for feeding infants and toddlers). Parents can bring water and drink it at specific locations.
  6. To protect visitors from viral skin infections, all participants are required to wear socks that cover their whole feet.
Hygiene measures at PlayScope
  1. The main entrance area, all floors, and washrooms are cleaned before the start of each Big Play Session.
  2. Different play areas will be regularly cleaned during the Big Play Session. Please cooperate and comply with instructions and arrangements of PlayScope and workers on duty.
  3. All play devices, toys, and large-scale facilities in PlayScope are cleaned with disinfectant and alcohol after the end of every Big Play Session.
  4. PlayScope has carried out medical-grade disinfection.
