You may email us at playscope@playright.org.hk or call us (2650 2607). Please retrieve the lost items within two weeks after confirming that the lost items are in PlayScope. Otherwise, the lost items will be donated or thrown away. How sad! Please also note that lost items that are prone to spoilage or have hygiene concerns will not be stored and will be disposed of on the same day. Where practicable, it is the visitor's responsibility to pay any costs associated with returning lost property (including but not limited to postage, etc.). |

Each session is 3 hours long, divided into morning sessions (10:00am-1:00pm) and afternoon sessions (2:30pm-5:30pm). You can arrive or leave at any time during the period. If you plan to return within the time period, you may let us know by registering at the reception before leaving. |
